BOOKING WITH NATURE BOQUETE AND WEBSITE REGISTRATION
To make bookings through the Website, the User must provide their personal information (name, surname, email, phone, and mobile), or, if applicable, the details of the person on whose behalf the activity is being booked. This allows Nature Boquete to process the User’s requested booking.

OUR TOUR REFUND OR CANCELLATION POLICY
Our policy is that cancellations requiring a refund must be processed at least 3 days before the scheduled tour. Changes made the day before or on the same day due to emergencies can be rescheduled for another time, but no refunds will be issued.
Cancellations will not be refunded. Tour date changes can be accommodated with prior notice.
Tours proceed rain or shine. Cancellations due to customers changing plans or arriving late will not be accepted.
